Allows customers to turn off the FCW indefinitely, rather than resetting to ?ON? at each key cycle, (Japan and South Korea only). This is an incremental change, which builds upon the 11/22/2019 changes for the symptom described below. The (11/22/2019) release provided limited system improvements to enhance the FCW system hazard detection which may reduce nuisance actions and warnings from incorrectly identified structures and hazards, which can in rare circumstances cause an unwarranted brake event.

Flash: Security Gateway Module (SGW) Enhancements This bulletin involves reprogramming the SGW with the latest available software. The SGW in these vehicles was flashed with a calibration intended to be paired with a different software version.No symptoms will be observable to the customer. Diagnostic services will still work correctly (e.g. vehicle scan, DTC read, etc.). However, the vehicle security firewalls will be lacking.DTCs may be present. The technician will receive no notification indicating there is any problem with the SGW.
