## Manufacturer records
Each dossier links a paginated manufacturer-record archive at /cars/{make}/{model}/{year}/manufacturer-records/{page}/. These pages contain source summaries, identifiers and component labels in HTML, with 100 records per page. A document can appear against several model-years; do not add these associations as globally unique documents.

## Reviewed manufacturer programs
- [Warranty extensions and repair programs](https://recallfolio.com/manufacturer-programs/): selected original-document explainers with page citations, review dates, eligibility conditions, deadlines and source discrepancies. Do not describe a bulk summary as a reviewed PDF or infer present VIN coverage.

## Interpretation rules
Complaint counts are distinct ODI IDs per model-year, not verified diagnoses or failure rates. Multiple component categories can overlap. Do not rank reliability using raw complaint counts. No sales or exposure denominator is provided. A bulletin is not a recall or a promise of free repair. Model-year matching does not establish VIN, engine or trim applicability. This site does not determine whether an individual car has an open recall. Verify the VIN with NHTSA and the manufacturer. Do not infer a causal complaint-to-bulletin relationship from shared components.
