The engine cover will no longer be included on any 3.6L models of the JL/JT. Additionally, please note that it is OK to proceed to vehicle sale with the related front and rear engine cover brackets (05281948AB, 05281949AB) is OK. Brackets are not required to be removed prior to vehicle sale and will be removed from future vehicle builds. Flash: Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) Updates This bulletin involves reprogramming the IPC with the latest available software. Customers may comment on the following:Vehicle doesn't switch to EV mode. Front passenger seat belt chime may still ding approximately 20 seconds after the belt has been fastened. Battery was dead after leaving the vehicle overnight. Battery bar gauge graphics indicates an empty charge while showing full charge % and full range.The battery percentage and range are accurate and are not affected by this issue, only the graphical bar is wrong. After starting the vehicle or battery replacement incorrect odometer value was displayed.Actual vehicle mileage is still stored in the PCM&RF Hub which can be retrieved for a cluster replacement using wiTECH.

UAQ UCQ UAV and UCV Radio Over The Air Software Version Updates This bulletin provides information regarding the latest Flash Over The Air (FOTA) update and provides the service technician an overview of the steps a customer will need to take to complete the update. Once the FOTA has been completed the software level will be 39.6. The national launch for the FOTA will begin June 18, 2021. Customers may experience one or more of the following:Intermittently, when going into reverse, the rear view camera screen is blank. Intermittently, gridlines are not on the display screen when in reverse.

Customer?s complaint may include a MIL-on with one or more of the following DTCs (Active, Pending, or Stored) in the PCM: P0133, P0137, P0171, P0300, P2096. The root cause could be due to oil leaking from Bank 1 valve cover seal on to the 1/2 (Bank 1 downstream) O2 sensor. This can adversely affect the 1/2 O2 sensor signal reading and lead to listed DTCs. Before performing normal diagnostic routines for the above codes, check for the condition listed above.
