Customers report the ECO Stop/Start is not working. Retailers are testing the primary battery using the Midtronics EXP-1080 tester which is reporting the battery is serviceable. The vehicle then returns with the same Customer concern of ECO Stop/Start inoperative. If a Midtronics GRX-3080 is used, the primary battery fails the test. Replacement of the primary battery resolves the concern.

This will result in the Telematics Service Provider contacting the customer to confirm if theft has occurred. Additional vehicle feedback data shows that the failure rate is increasing, despite the many improvements made in Pathfinder 123 and SDD 152.00. Issue: The customer may express a concern that the heat distributed across the surface area of their heated steering wheel is inconsistent. The areas around the stitching and spokes, or the lower half of the steering wheel, may appear cooler than the rest of the wheel. The heated steering wheel is otherwise operating correctly, and no DTCs are stored.

Issue: A customer may report that the fuel level displays low when the quantity of fuel in the tank is higher or possibly full. The Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) B1A75-11 Fuel Sender 1 or B1A76-11 Fuel Sender 2 or both, will be present in the Body Control Module (BCM) if the concern appears. If the vehicle ignition is switched off for a period of time between 2 seconds and 2 minutes and then back on again, the fuel gauge reading will return to normal. The concern affects 17MY only.
