This upgrade will be free of charge and delivered via the standard campaign process. Included in this software update is the Smartphone Pack, comprising of Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto? (subject to minimum vehicle specifications). Vehicles will also receive Software-Over-The-Air (SOTA) functionality.

ARC Moan - Customer reports noise as a Hum / Whine / Moan. The noise typically occurs when the ARC system is hot, ( fluid above 60 degC ) when coming to rest and for up to 15 seconds after the vehicle stops. The noise is generally heard between idle and 900rpm as a tonal noise, which may or may not change frequency to a higher tone at around 800rpm.

A customer may be unable to select a transmission gear and/or start the engine. A 'Gearbox fault' message may also be displayed on the Instrument Cluster. Switching the ignition 'OFF' and then 'ON' clears the fault. Upon further diagnosis, a Technician may find DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) U0402-92 stored in the Transmission Control Switch (TCS). DTC U0402-00 [stored in the PCM (Powertrain Control Module)] and/or U0404-64 [stored in the TCM (Transmission Control Module)] may also be found.
