"CANISTER Vapor -If an issue is detected with the Evaporative System Integrity Module (ESIM) Detector and not the Vapor Canister, only replace the ESIM Detector. -Before replacing the Vapor Canister due to Hard to Fill condition, replicate the condition at the Gas Station. If the condition is replicated, then check: 1) for kinked or pinched Clean Air Hose between the ESIM and the EVAP Air Filter; 2) for plugged EVAP Air Filter; 3) for kinked or pinched Vapor Hose between the Fuel Tank and the Vapor Canister. If the EVAP Filter is restricted, the replace the Filter. -Check if the Vapor Canister is flooded with fuel or the Recirculation Line has fuel. If fuel is found in the Vapor Canister or the Recirculation Line, then drop the Fuel Tank, remove the FDM Lock Ring to check if the internal Vapor Line is properly connected to the FDM Port. If the Vapor Line is not connected, then drain the fuel from the internal Vapor Line and properly connect to the FDM. Replace the Vapor Canister and the ESIM."

3.6L PSU Long Block Misfire DTC codes and/or rough idle and/or valvetrain noise. These conditions may be related to worn intake camshaft high lift lobe(s), and intake rocker arm(s) high lift slider. High mileage failure (10,000-60,000 miles). 1. Remove the valve cover(s) per the released service procedures. The use of a stethoscope or DTC specific cylinder misfire codes can help to locate the condition to the left or right bank. 2. Once it has been visually confirmed that there is wear on the high lift intake lobe(s) & rocker arm(s) slider, there is a special service kit for this type of repair which should be used, instead of replacing the complete engine/long block. This kit contains the parts required for the repair (intake cam, rocker arms, sealer and gaskets). Once it is confirmed that the repair will be done using the camshaft/Rocker arms kit, it is also important to confirm that the vehicle being repaired has the latest calibration/software update for oil pump operation mode (high pressure mode) during engine start up. RU, VF, WL & WD vehicles already include the latest oil pump mode in all 25MY and beyond. 24MY service releases are also available. JL & JT were updated as a running change in 24MY and beyond (08/15/24 & 08/19/24 respectively). 24MY service releases available. DT was updated starting 25MY and beyond. If the vehicle to be repaired is a 24MY vehicle with a service release available, please follow the released service procedures to update to the corresponding calibration/software update.

FUEL VAPOR CANISTER FILTER EVAP Fuel Filters are to be checked for restriction / blockage on a regular schedule as indicated in the Owner s Manual. If the Filter is restricted or blocked then replace the part. For customers that drive light duty trucks in extreme dusty and dirty road conditions, please reference information only TSB 25-009-24 for an available MOPAR Dual EVAP Filter kit that is customer paid.

Turbocharger Kit Please note many parts of the Turbo Assembly can be serviced separately and complete turbo replacement may not be necessary. If the Turbo is being replaced for a noise or a rattle, inspect the wastegate for binding. The actuator kit is serviced separately. SWITCH Power Window Before replacing the window switch, please follow these steps: 1.- Review the master window Switch for any physical issue (Button stuck, broke). If not, physical issue is found move to next step 2.- Make sure all the switches harness are properly connected, disconnect the switch and reconnect it, and reverify the issue. "Axle Assembly Do not replace the Axle for Axle Locker Sensor failure. The parts kit (SENSOR KIT, Axle: 68544629A$) must be used to repair the Axle Locker Sensor on JL/JT equipped with the M210 and M220 Tru-Lok axles (DSE). Internal axle components are serviceable. Complete axle assemblies should not be replaced unless necessary due to damaged housing. Over repairs may be subject to chargeback."
