Front Row Seat Back Panel Loose This bulletin involves inspecting the front row seat back panels. Check for loose upper and lower panels. If needed the panels will need to be removed and inspected for broken clips and replaced if needed. Check the seat back and upper screen bezel for large gaps and loose panels Verify the Rear Seat Entertainment (RSE) screen bezel installation by checking visually and running hand over the seam checking gap and flushness. Gap should not exceed 1.5mm. Verify with feeler gage if necessary. Cap (bezel) should be flush to back panel. With both thumbs positioned on cap (bezel), simultaneously push upwardsto verify engagement. Cap (bezel) should stay engaged Fig. 1.Upper Seat Back (Bezel) Verify the front seat back panel installation is correct. From the rear seat area place both hands near top of back panel and with fingers slightly engaged into back panel gently pull to verify back panelis correctly installed. There should be no movement in the back panel from this direction. To verify engagement of lower part of back panel, grab rear lower sides and gently pull at same time. The customer may experience one or more of the following: The power side steps still deploy/retract after being disabled (i.e. PowerSide Step Store Mode) from the radio settings, this is observed when the vehicle just wakes up from sleep. The PSSM will not be able to enter sleep mode (resulting in a batterydrain) the moment the power side step radio setting is changed from ?Auto? to ?Store? mode and closing a door at the same time (changing radio setting within five seconds after a door is closed).

Rear Tail Lamp Condensation Clearing Procedure This bulletin is to communicate the procedure for rear tail lamp condensation clearing. Some customers may report that on occasion, vehicle exterior tail lamp assemblies are fogged with a light layer of condensation on the inside of the lenses. This may be reported after the lamps have been turned on and brought up to operatingtemperature, turned off, and then rapidly cooled by cold water (such as rain, or the water from a vehicle wash). Lens fogging can also occur under certain atmospheric conditions after a vehicle has been parked outside overnight (i.e., a warm humid day followed by clear cool night). This will usually clear as atmospheric conditions change to allow the condensation to change back into avapor. Flash: Amplifier (AMP) Diagnostic and System Updates This bulletin involves reprogramming the AMP with the latest available software. The customer may experience one or more of the following: Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) drone noise between 950 RPM and 1,000 RPM, during a start up. Battery draining. Blinking odometer. Upon further investigation the technician may find the following DTCs have been set: The AMP may set B221F-00 (Amplifier Internal) erroneously, it does not affect Active Noise Cancelation (ANC) performance. If B221F-00 is a stored fault update the AMP with appropriate software. If the fault is active, follow normal DTC diagnostics. Use inspection LOP (18-60-07-AF) to close the active RSU. B2204-00 - ECU Configuration Mismatch.
