Once repairs are completed, learned values in ECM must be deleted. Use VAS-PC Vehicle Self Diagnosis or ODIS Control module OBD to select Access Permission (or access authorization), then select Coding 2. Enter code 10008 when prompted. After code has been accepted, clear ECM fault code memory and then cycle key off and back on twice. Road test vehicle to ensure fault does not return.
