On Cummins diesel applications that are for 2019 and newer the bpro part 1BP00507AB can on occasions create a check engine light. In these situations, it is recommended to use the appropriate Mopar air filter originally installed on the vehicle. The "AC" level of the part is in development to resolve this issue. 1BP00507AB should still be usable for 2018 and older Model year Cummins engines.

New Part: 68645327AA (Non-Oiled Air Filter) Replaces: 53034051AA (Oiled Air Filter) - This part is superseded and should no longer be installed. The air filter for all other applications remains unchanged: Continue to use 68517554AA for: All 2018 MY and older 6.7L Cummins equipped vehicles. All 2019 MY and newer vehicles with non-6.7L engines. 2. Special Service Procedure for DTC P0299 Application: 2019-2024 MY HD Trucks with 6.7L Diesel (ETM/ETN) Condition: If DTC P0299 is active and the vehicle is equipped with the previous oiled air filter (PN# 53034051AA). Procedure: Replace the oiled air filter (53034051AA) with the new non-oiled filter (68645327AA). Service Catalog reflects these updated usages.

TRANSFER CASE BW 44-46 If fluid leak is present between the transfer case and the rear driveshaft on a 4WD vehicle the Output Shaft Seal should be considered in lieu of entire transfer case or driveshaft replacement. In the case of major damage to components, contact StarCenter and/or proceed with replacements as necessary.

SWITCH Headlamp Before replacing the Headlamp Switch for faulty dimmer operation. Please follow the next steps to corroborate if the Headlamp Switch is malfunctioning: 1.- Please disconnect and reconnect the headlamp Switch. And verify if the issue is corrected. 2.- Review the internal resistance of the switch: a.- For the Right Dimmer (IP) between Pins 6 & 3. The value should be around 5.74 KOhms, when in the lowest position to 311 ohms in the top position (Parade Detent). b.- For the left Dimmer (Ambient Light) between pins 8 & 3. The value should be around 14.52 KOhms, when in the lowest position to 182 ohms in the top position. If a problem is found in the resistor values. Please replace the Switch.
