KEY, Master If replacing the key/FOBIK on a WJ, KJ, TJ, or PT Cruiser, use the "AC" NIC level part number. The "AB" NIC level will not program to these platforms. For all other platforms, if the "AB" NIC level will not program to the vehicle, use the "AC" NIC level part and submit a part warranty.

Radiator If vehicle comes in for transmission fluid leaking from trans-oil cooler fittings on the radiator, please perform the following before replacing the radiator/cooler:~ 1. Remove both of the transmission lines from the cooler?s top/bottom flared fittings on the radiator. ~ 2. Remove hex nut and the top flared fitting on the radiator tank.~ 3. Using a wire brush and gasket remover, clean off the old sealant on the smaller threaded portion of the flared fitting. Do the same for the threads on the trans oil cooler.~ 4. Apply a new application of Mopar PN 04318032 to the flared fitting, leaving the first threads free for ease of engagement.~ 5. Install the top flared fitting by hand, then torque the fitting to 235 +/- 15 Lb-In.~ 6. Install the hex nut and torque to 100 +/- 10 Lb-In.~ 7. Repeat steps 2-6 for bottom flared fitting.~ 8. Reinstall transmission line per normal installation procedures and ensure correct fluid level.~

Currently, for customer satisfaction, the immobilizer blade key (no integrated FOB) P/N 05018689AA can be offered to the customer as an alternative option. The aftermarket trailer hitch on about 1,443,000 of the above vehicles may adversely affect the rear structure performance during certain low speed rear collisions. Vehicles equipped with a trailer hitch must be inspected and replaced if required. NOTE: The initial inspection process can be done by write up personnel in the write up area. Vehicles found without a trailer hitch can be immediately returned to the customer.

Child Seat Tether Anchor Installation This bulletin describes procedures to install Child Seat Tether Anchors based on Customer Request. Retrofits are subject to part availability. Vehicles in the following list that are marked **** for the model year are no longer supported with OEM retrofit kits. 82212076, 82203694 - Fabric Cleaner This "fabric cleaner" is not intended for sale in California, the otc states (Connecticut, Delaware, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington dc), and some ladco states (Illinois, Michigan, and Ohio). Mopar offers an alternative product (82213192) which is a water based product approved for sale in the aforementioned states.~ ~ Please inform the customer & your prep dept that spraying excessive amounts of the fabric protector on load floors will result in the breaking down of the adhesive (glue) that is used to create the bond between the fabric (carpet) and the load floor. This will apply to any vehicles equipped with rear load floors such as WK, WD, PM, MK, KA, KK. The carpet will appear to be loose, wrinkly, or bunch up~
