Adaptive Cruise Control Temporarily Unavailable message appears in the IP. Cause This condition may be due to one of the following: • Software occasionally takes longer than normal to identify a potential collision situation. • Radar reflections look like an actual vehicle causing a brief activation of brakes. • Radar does not see enough reflections so it assumes it is blocked and goes offline. Correction An updated software calibration has been released to address these conditions. A learn procedure (“service alignment” or “service calibration”) is not required.

For android devices pair the phone to the system during the pairing process the phone will ask you to allow the vehicle to access the device contacts. A second question will pop up on the device asking to allow the vehicle to access the message access profile. Both have to be allowed for the text messaging feature to work.
