This Preliminary information communicates that a customer may complain of when a Bluetooth call is received the ringing will be continuous for the rest of the drive cycle . It may be noted that this only seems to occur when using an Android device on OS 9.0. This may be caused by a software concern in the phone. The dealer is instructed that the phone manufacturer is working on a software update to resolve the concern.

This Preliminary information communicates that a vehicle may be brought to the dealer with a complaint that the driver's side power seat will not move at times. The dealer technician may find a code B3920. The technician is instructed to inspect the seat harness beneath the driver's seat for being pinched between the memory seat module bracket and the seat frame tube. If damage is found to the harness the technician is instructed to repair or replace the harness as needed and reroute it to avoid future damage to the harness.
