Correct sensors have white color label on the part whereas the suspect sensors have yellow colored labels. Reference pictures attached for visual identification. To do this, add the LEG (Trailer Tow Mirrors) sales code to the VIN using DealerCONNECT and then performing a vehicle re-configuration using the WiTech tool.~ After Kit is completely installed, perform the following;~ 1. 2014 KL 9-Speed service transaxle with 2015 common hardware This 9-speed transaxle must be ordered thru Mopar?s Powertrain Service Center (PSC) for a specific VIN and must be installed in that vehicle or the correct calibration will not load to the Engine Control Module (ECM) and Transmission Control Module (TCM).~ This 9-speed transaxle assembly requires an update to the Engine Control Module AND the Transmission Control Module using WiTech. Failure to complete both updates will result in possible damage and/or incorrect operation of this unit.

RA3/RA4 Radio The MY16 RA3/4 radios are susceptible to randomly set an erroneously BCM or IPC ?U0184 - Loss of Com with Radio? fault. The radio should not be replaced for this issue if the fault is stored, if the code cannot be reproduced and no trouble can be found (radio functions properly). In this case it is no impact to the customer in any way. Do NOT replace the radio for this issue. Power Transfer Unit Prior to replacing the PTU, please review the following .~ Check if the service 4WD light is intermittent by driving under heavy throttle will produce a C1494-92 DTC, if yes, please call FCA axle engineering and do not replace the PTU. Bruce Michel at cell (248) 260-8641, or Jian Zhu at cell (248) 379- 1132. If neither answers with 15 minutes then proceed with the repair. ~ If the service 4WD light lamp is on steady then replace the Power Transfer Unit.

Bumper Step Pad Customer may notice the center section of the step pad is not sitting flat. It will appear raised either left or right of center. Please photograph the condition, measure the gap between the bumper and step pad. Then contact Jim Allie via Cell Phone (248) 736-5349 with this information. We may want to have the whole bumper assembly returned for study. ~ If the dealership is within the Metro Detroit Area, Jim would like to analyze the vehicle in person prior to repair. ~ If the dealership is not close, please take pictures and a detailed description of what is causing the issue including where on the Step Pad the issue is occurring. Radiator If vehicle comes in for transmission fluid leaking from trans-oil cooler fittings on the radiator, please check the following before replacing the radiator/cooler:~ 1. Remove both of the transmission lines from the cooler?s top/bottom flared fittings on the radiator. ~ 2. Loosen the hex nut on the top flared fitting on the radiator tank.~ 3. Torque the top flared fitting to 235 +/- 15 Lb-In.~ 4. Torque hex nut to 100 +/- 10 Lb-In.~ 5. Repeat for bottom flared fitting.~ 6. Reinstall transmission line per normal installation procedures and ensure correct fluid level.~ ~ If vehicle is in need of a new radiator for another reason, check the new radiator for correct torque on the trans-oil cooler fitting per steps 2-5 above.~ ~ If radiator has a yellow mark by the trans-oil cooler fittings the torque does not have to be checked.

If the power steering pump is being replaced because the power steering fluid flow or pressure readings are below specification, the power steering fluid reservoir and cap assembly should also be replaced. Mopar offers an alternative product (82213192) which is a water based product approved for sale in the aforementioned states.~ ~ Please inform the customer & your prep dept that spraying excessive amounts of the fabric protector on load floors will result in the breaking down of the adhesive (glue) that is used to create the bond between the fabric (carpet) and the load floor. This will apply to any vehicles equipped with rear load floors such as WK, WD, PM, MK, KA, KK. The carpet will appear to be loose, wrinkly, or bunch up~
