UJQ without RS9 Radio Enhancements This bulletin involves inspecting and if required, updating the radio software level to 22.5. Customers may experience one or more of the following: Arabic language is missing. Navigation inoperable. Bottom menu bar of the radio is non responsive or frozen. After viewing the weather map following a flood advisory popup, the main soft key's at the bottom of the screen may not respond when pressed. Radio will not turn off. Poor AM/FM Reception. Radio may reset, turn itself off and then back on again. Radio display screen lock up. Park assist chime will continue to chime after the vehicle is turned off. Uconnect Live feature may not function properly.

Transfer case seal, Transmission Output Seal If vehicle has a fluid leak between the transfer case and the transmission on an AWD vehicle and it has been determined that the transfer case is leaking from the vent hole, don't replace the input seal. The vehicle can be repaired by: Transfer Case replace - 68214750A$ 3.6 Pentastar 68214751A$ 5.7 Hemi Replace Front Case Half - 68101734A$ 3.6 Pentastar 68101734A$ 5.7 Hemi Note: The transfer case oil already has dye in it so leak confirmation with a black light can be achieved.

SEAL, Input If looking to replace stubshaft due to ATX fluid leaking, do not replace PTU seals. None of the seals from the PTU side will need to be replaced whenever the ATX stubshaft is replaced, even though V-seal (68408748A$) is in direct contact with the stubshaft, it will not avoid grease/oil leakage from transmission side. PTU V-seals are intended to act as a dust cover for stubshaft - PTU input shaft spline interface. PTU Input shaft seal (68408749A$) is intended to hold PTU oil and debris ingress; it should be replaced only if the fluid leakage is confirmed to be PTU oil and not ATX trans. fluid.

Blank rear camera image in reverse (If this is the customer concern use camera LOP 18-60-02-W2, on DT and JL vehicles only). Audio distortion (KL vehicles). Audio cutting in and out during memory recall. Ring tone too loud. AM/FM volume fluctuates. While in CarPlay® or Android Auto Google® maps showing wrong location. Phone disconnected after first call. Black screen or White screen with vertical lines. Personal Identification Number (PIN) clears and volume locked while KeySense is used. Audio static while in SXM/SAT modes. Echo heard during Bluetooth phone calls. The radio is locked up. The radio remains on after ignition has been turned off. The radio resets. The radio screen turns black. Intermittently requires an anti-theft code to be entered. Software update also includes software enhancement. SXM sound and behavior improvements.

RETAINER, Crankshaft Rear Oil Seal Oil leak from rear engine seal retainer or windage tray/gasket Check for other sources of leaks using dye such as gallery plugs, camshaft cup plug at rear of engine, rear of engine valley for possible MDS solenoid, VVT solenoid, block porosity or transmission leaks. If another source of the leak was identified, proceed with the appropriate repairs. Engineering is looking for assistance in determining root cause and a corrective action on crankshaft rear oil seals and windage tray/gaskets. For concerns related to rear crankshaft seal oil leaks and windage tray gaskets, please send an email to brenton.swank@fcagroup.com. Include the VIN, mileage, and any photos identifying where the leak is coming from using dye, such as: 1. Leak between rear seal and crankshaft (seal rolled during installation) 2. Leak between outer diameter of rear seal and retainer 3. Leak between rear seal retainer and engine block (Please record the 5 retainer bolts residual torque in tightening direction) 4.
