The J-35616-64B is the latest test probe released for checking tension or probing the .64 series terminals. The test probe terminal has been released in the terminal repair kit (J-38125-620H) located in Lear Tray 7 part number 963716-2. There are 5 terminated leads in a package part number is 13505346, which can be ordered through your normal General Motors Customer Care and Aftersales parts channel.

THESE VEHICLES WERE SERVICED WITH A CHASSIS ELECTRONIC MODULE SUSPECTED OF CONTAINING INTERNAL CONTAMINATION. A VERY SMALL NUMBER OF OLDER MODEL VEHICLES ARE NOW INCLUDED AND IDENTIFIED IN IVH WHICH HAS BEEN UPDATED AS OF DECEMBER 2, 2014. ADDITIONALLY, THE IVH SYSTEM ISSUE THAT WAS COMMUNICATED HAS BEEN RECTIFIED AND ALL INVOLVED VEHICLES SHOULD NOW SHOW "INCOMPLETE REMEDY NOT YET AVAILABLE".

This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that are travelling from Canada to the United States. While in the United States they are unable to receive Turn-by-Turn directions. Due to the existing cellular provider not having roaming agreements in areas outside of Canada to support transmitting of the packet data required for Turn-By-Turn feature to operate. The customer has 3 options while traveling through the United Sates. First if the vehicle is equipped with a navigation radio they can request a "Destination Download" to the vehicle. Second if the customer uses the OnStar RemoteLink app they can send the directions to the vehicle. The third option would be to have the vehicle loaded with a ?500 phone number? The customer will no longer be able to use their Hands Free Calling minutes when the new 500 phone number is loaded. If a customer chooses to restore Hands Free Calling in the future a new phone number will be assigned to the vehicle; previous phone numbers are not available.

14262 - SPECIAL COVERAGE. ON SOME HYBRID 2-MODE (HP2) VEHICLES, THE ACCESSORY POWER MODULE (APM) MAY NOT INITIALIZE WHEN THE VEHICLE IS STARTED IN COLD TEMPERATURES AND THE APM IS COLD. ONCE THE APM WARMS UP, IT WILL INITIALIZE AND PERFORM AS DESIGNED. HOWEVER, DURING THE TIME THAT THE APM IS NOT OPERATIONAL, IT COULD RESULT IN A LOSS OF POWER STEERING ASSIST AND THE BATTERY MAY NOT CHARGE.
