17297 - Customer Satisfaction. Certain vehicles may have a condition in which the cells within the battery pack have low voltage. This condition is related to the state of charge of the cell group. Eventually, the difference in the state of charge of the cell groups (average vs. minimum) may exceed a threshold. Replace the high voltage battery pack.

Technician will need to remove blower motor control module and check to see if the buttons move in and out properly, if the buttons do not move properly follow published Service Information diagnostics. When the buttons move properly do not replace the module because it will not fix the problem.
