Customers using iPhone 4, 4S, 5, 5S, or 5C running iOS 7.0 or later now have the ability to make Facetime Audio calls (no video). When a customer is paired by Bluetooth Hands Free and they make a Facetime Audio call the vehicle radio will treat it as a typical Bluetooth phone call. Because Facetime works differently than a typical phone call, the in-vehicle experience may not meet the customer?s expectations.

To receive satellite radio functions after the initial trial period has expired, the customer must enter into a contract with XM Satellite Radio Inc. After entering into a contract, registration of an 8-digit XM Radio ID is required. This 8-digit XM Radio ID is found by turning to channel ?0? of the satellite radio.

In addition, some models may utilize retaining clips for passenger side and rear seat floor mats as well. Follow the appropriate installation procedure to attach the driver?s side, and if applicable, the passenger?s side and rear seat floor mats to the vehicle carpet using the floor mat retaining clips during Pre-Delivery Service (PDS).

Customer retention and proper maintenance of vehicles has been a major focus for Toyota. To help remind customers that regular oil changes are essential to the proper maintenance of their vehicle, installing a first oil change reminder sticker is required prior to delivery. By doing this, customers will be reminded to return to a dealership for their first oil change. Your current oil change reminder sticker may be used. (See PDS Check Sheet item 9 of ?Final Inspection & Cleaning.?) A new PDS Check Sheet has been developed for the 2014 model year Sienna. Some check points have been added, expanded, or clarified. Bulletins are available for items in bold type.

As a result of the removal of the Short Pin, the power source to the steering angle sensor is cut off. When the Short Pin is reinstalled, the rear view monitor system will be operative, but it cannot display guidelines to assist parking operation because the center position is not recognized by the steering angle sensor. Please initialize the rear view monitor system after installing the Short Pin during Pre-Delivery Service (PDS).
