The paint may peel between the primer and E-coat layer, exposing the gray or brownish-green E-coat. The affected panel(s) will require prepping and repainting to address this condition. The paint repair may need to be sublet to a body shop.

Intermittent Bluetooth® failure to connect to the vehicle when first turning on the vehicle. ? Various Bluetooth® Audio functions are no longer functioning with customer?s phone such as ability to change the track using the steering wheel controls. These concerns can be caused by changes made on the customer?s phone. GRACENOTE INCLUDES DETAILED INFORMATION FOR SONGS (EG., GENRE, ARTIST, SONG, TITLE, ALBUM NAME, ETC.). THE GRACENOTE UPDATE WILL BE INCLUDED ON THE "USB DRIVE NAVIGATION MAP UPDATE" SST. TSB: Toyota models equipped with the Display Audio Navigation System require a Special Service Tool (SST) USB drive to update the map, points of interest, Gracenote, and system software. The SST is used with all vehicles to deliver the update, however a unique Activation Card Number (ACN) required for each vehicle. Activation Numbers are provided in an Activation Card Number (ACN) pamphlet available through the normal parts ordering system. Use the process described in this bulletin.
