Parking Brake Pad When replacing the park brake pedal pad, please use the correct labor operation code. Some technicians have been using the brake pedal pad labor code which is not the same as the parking brake pedal pad. The correct labor operation code should be for parking brake pedal pad replacement is 05-05-06-01.

"6 CONTROL UNIT, Diesel Exhaust Customer complaints with malfunction light illuminated on 2019 thru 2024 MY DJ / D2 / DD / DP vehicles with 6.7L (ETL / ETM / ETN) built on or before October 15,2024 and exhibiting DTCs P21C4-00 (Reductant Line Heater Relay Control Circuit High) and / or U11C1-00 (Reductant Control Module received implausible Data from ECM / PCM). These DTCs will occur after installation of service DCU 68458603AB. Do not replace parts until after the TSB 25-008-24 is performed. TRANSFER CASE BW 44-46 If fluid leak is present between the transfer case and the rear driveshaft on a 4WD vehicle the Output Shaft Seal should be considered in lieu of entire transfer case or driveshaft replacement. In the case of major damage to components, contact StarCenter and/or proceed with replacements as necessary.

SWITCH Headlamp Before replacing the Headlamp Switch for faulty dimmer operation. Please follow the next steps to corroborate if the Headlamp Switch is malfunctioning: 1.- Please disconnect and reconnect the headlamp Switch. And verify if the issue is corrected. 2.- Review the internal resistance of the switch: a.- For the Right Dimmer (IP) between Pins 6 & 3. The value should be around 5.74 KOhms, when in the lowest position to 311 ohms in the top position (Parade Detent). b.- For the left Dimmer (Ambient Light) between pins 8 & 3. The value should be around 14.52 KOhms, when in the lowest position to 182 ohms in the top position. If a problem is found in the resistor values. Please replace the Switch.

"Rear Axle Vibration Shudder Or Chatter Customers may experience the following: ● A chatter, shudder, or vibration from the rear axle during turns. NOTE: This may happen more as the vehicle ages, especially if the vehicle is used extensively for towing or hauling heavy loads. The cause of the concern may be due to degradation of the rear axle fluid. It is very important to follow the routine maintenance schedules on these vehicles when it comes to changing the rear axle fluid if the vehicle is used primarily for towing or hauling heavy loads. If you experience a vehicle with the above condition, please perform the proper maintenance procedures for the rear axle and replace the fluid first before replacing any hardware components. NOTE: This service bulletin is only applicable to vehicles that have no history of an axle fluid replacement. If the vehicle usage includes police, taxi, fleet, off-road or frequent trailer towing, regular axle fluid changes are required every 3 years or 30,000 miles (whichever comes first) per the Maintenance Schedule in the vehicle Owner's Manual. This bulletin involves changing the rear axle lube to possibly address a chatter, shudder or vibration."
