ROGUE AND ROGUE SPORT; VIBRATION AND/OR NOISE WHEN MAKING LOW SPEED TURNS IF YOU CONFIRM There is a vibration or judder feeling from the rear of the vehicle during the following conditions: ï· When making turns ï· On dry roads ï· At low speeds (under 40 MPH) And ï· The above vibration does not occur if the electric controlled coupling is electrically disconnected. ACTION 1. Confirm the AWD control unit part number, and replace it, if applicable. 2. Replace the electric controlled coupling for the rear final drive. 3. Perform Unit Characteristics Writing.

LANE CAMERA AIMING VEHICLE REFERENCE VALUES NOT IN ESM SERVICE INFORMATION If the lane camera requires aiming, the values in Table A on page 4 must be used. ï· For all other models/model years, consult the Electronic Service Manual (ESM). The following CONSULT-III plus (C-III plus) figures and steps are only provided to indicate where the VEHICLE REFERENCE VALUE from Table A is to be entered. The entire camera aiming procedure must be followed to complete the aiming procedure. ï· Refer to the ESM section: CRUISE CONTROL & DRIVER ASSISTANCE > DRIVER ASSISTANCE SYSTEM > DRIVER ASSISTANCE SYSTEM > BASIC INSPECTION > LANE CAMERA UNIT > CAMERA AIMING ADJUSTMENT. 1. Turn the ignition ON. 2. From the C-III plus home screen, select Diagnosis (One System).

American Automobile Labeling Act (AALA) Labels EXPIRATION NOTICE UPDATE April 17, 2020 Please discard earlier versions of this bulletin. Nissan announced the following quality action in January 28, 2020. Service Comm will de-activate P9342 on any un-remedied VINs on April 24, 2020. Nissan is still requesting that dealers apply the replacement label on any affected vehicles prior to sale. Please use the VIN list supplied with this announcement to identify applicable vehicles.

American Automobile Labeling Act (AALA) Labels Dealer Inventory ***** Campaign Summary ***** Nissan North America is conducting a Quality Action for dealers to replace the American Automobile Labeling Act (AALA) labels. The AALA label on affected vehicles may contain inaccurate manufacturing location and percentage breakdown of parts content by country. Affected vehicles are not subject to stop sale and are either currently in dealer inventory or assigned and in transit to the dealer. In the interest of customer satisfaction, Nissan requests dealers to apply the replacement label on the affected vehicles prior to retail sale. ***** What Dealers Should Do ***** 1. Verify if vehicles currently in new dealerâs inventory are affected by this quality action using Service Comm or DBS National Service History â Open Campaign I.D. P9342 ï· - New vehicles in dealer inventory can also be identified using DBS (Sales-> Vehicle Inventory, and filter by Open Campaign). ï§ - Refer to NPSB 15-460 for additional information ï· - Please continue to check newly arriving inventory for campaign applicability. 2. Use the attached procedure to remedy vehicles affected by this quality action. 3. The service department should submit the applicable warranty claim for the action(s) performed so it can be closed on Service Comm and release the vehicle. 4. Dealers will receive one (1) label for every affected vehicle in dealer inventory via Fed-Ex. Labels will be sent to the Service Managerâs attention. If replacement labels are needed, please send your request to: CampaignAnnouncements@nissan-usa.com along with your dealer name, address, VIN, contact name and phone number. ï· - Labels will begin mailing January 27, 2020 and should arrive no later than February 2, 2020.

SOFTWARE UPDATES FOR INFOTAINMENT ISSUES SERVICE INFORMATION When diagnosing an infotainment issue, always confirm that the latest software is installed in the AV unit before starting the diagnosis. The software updates in the following Service Procedure are for the items below: ï· Stability improvements and bug fixes ï· System enhancements that will allow future Over-The-Air (OTA) updates. Without these software updates, future OTAs will not be possible. Refer to step 5 on page 5 to confirm that this bulletin applies. HINT: The update software only needs to be downloaded once and can then be used on multiple Applied Vehicles until other infotainment software is loaded onto the USB drive to overwrite the original data.
