IF YOU CONFIRM One or more of the following conditions: Front passenger air bag status light is ON (illuminated) with the front passenger seat empty. Front passenger air bag status light is ON (illuminated) with an adult sitting in the front passenger seat. Seat belt warning light is ON (illuminated) with the front passenger seat empty (driver seat belt is buckled). Supplemental air bag warning light is flashing but no Air Bag DTCs are stored. ACTION 1. Visually check the front passenger seat and seat rails for any structural damage. 2. Visually check the front passenger seat for any items in the seat pockets, or any items on, under, or hanging from the seat (front, back, and sides). 3. Replace the OCS control unit. 4. SERVICE INFORMATION The "Lock / Unlock request buttons" that are located on the outside door handles of vehicles with Intelligent Key can be disabled (or enabled) through either the "Comfort & Conv." settings of the Audio/Visual/Navigation system, orthrough the "Combination Meter settings" depending on the vehicle model, year and trim level. Certain of these accessory tow hitches were manufactured without drain holes, which may result in corrosion. The tow hitch will be inspected for drain holes. SERVICE INFORMATION If a CD/DVD Player incident is noted, a possible cause may be improper CD/DVD disc care, condition, or usage. This bulletin provides updated CD/DVD Player operation instructions to avoid potential incidents/customer concerns caused by improper care and usage of CD/DVD discs. To aid in solving customer concerns, use the guidelines in this bulletin when speaking to customers or inspecting incident vehicles. - Customers must not use discs that are warped, scratched, chipped, cracked, have abnormal edges or are otherwise damaged. Damaged or poor condition discs may cause the Player internal mechanism to jam or have optical pick-up errors.
