If there is flash in the Purge Hose Port of the Intake Manifold and the vehicle is 2016 MY then replace the Intake Manifold and send to QEC. Otherwise, remove the flash with a 5/32? drill bit and clean the Intake Manifold of any flash debris. If the fault code P0441 continues after repairing the Intake Manifold, then send Freeze Frame data of P0441 to Michael.Ade@FCAgroup.com and contact Sylvia Lopez at cell number (248) 520-9734. If you don`t receive response within 15 minutes, please continue with the normal repair procedure. 2) For RT MIL On ? P0456: If ESIM needs to be replaced for fault code P0456, check the Vapor Line, Fresh Air Filter and the Black Frame Rail Blocker for water ingestion. If water ingestion is found, then replace the ESIM part number 04861962AB and the Jumper, Vent Recirculation Tube part number 04721757AI. Please contact Release Engineer Alfredo Salituro @ 213-700-5359 before performing repair service. If you do not receive a response within 15 minutes, please continue with the normal repair procedure.

The components such as the front door panels arm rest, center console arm rest, and steering wheel may not have the accent stitching, also the steering wheel spoke bezel may not be satin chrome which is unique to the Rubicon Hard Rock Package edition. Replace the interior trim components that do not have the accent stitching, also the steering wheel spoke bezel that may not be satin chrome.

Please email any audio recording or documentation of when/where/how the pump makes noise to the above emails. If the dealer is located in the Detroit Metro Area, Engineering may send a representative to review with technician. Any information is appreciated. If a response is not received within 15 mins , then proceed with the necessary repair. For JK and DS: Before replacing water pumps for noise issues the heat shield on the catalytic converter needs to be checked to make sure it is not the source of the noise. Check while the engine is fully warmed up. If the heat shield is found to be the source of the noise tighten the bolts and, or add shims/washers as needed.

Washer Fluid Level Sensor Prior to replacing this part due to "Low Washer Fluid" tell tale light on the dash and the washer fluid bottle is full, please perform the this inspection. Inspect the sensor for a fluid coating on the sensor pins. Orange colored rain repellant can cause this fluid build-up. Clean the pins, drain the reservoir, and fill with Mopar approved washer fluid. Check to determine if the issue has been resolved. Continue with repair if necessary. Also, please inform the customer not to use Rain-X in the system to avoid this issue. PANEL, Targa Top, Complete with Hardware For water sloshing noise in the Targa Top Panel, do not replace the panel. There is a drain hole along the rear edge of the panel (in car position). After draining the panels, inform the customer of the drain hole and if the issue returns they can drain the panels themselves. Storage of panels outdoors in certain positions will cause water infiltration.~ ~ For a water leak from the center front edge of the Targa Top Panels, do not replace the panels, replace the SEAL, Targa Top (Part Number 68088055AA).

This will apply to any vehicles equipped with rear load floors such as WK, WD, PM, MK, KA, KK. The carpet will appear to be loose, wrinkly, or bunch up~
