Customer Satisfaction Program - The brake system control module software in these vehicles may contain an error. If (i) the vehicle is started remotely using the MyChevrolet, MyGMC, or MyCadillac mobile app or (ii) the driver enters the vehicle and waits five or more minutes before starting the vehicle using the ignition, this software error can, in rare cases, disable the vehicle?s electronic brake assist and illuminate the ESC, ABS and BRAKE telltales. This occurs at startup and the telltales are illuminated before the driver puts the vehicle into gear. Dealers will reprogram the brake system control module.

Service Update - On certain 2020 model year GMC Acadia vehicles, equipped with a 2.5L engine (RPO LCV), the dash panel silencer attachment stud may lack sufficient clearance to the intake manifold resonator. When the engine is under load, the stud could make contact with the resonator. Dealers will cut off 6mm of the center stud.

Customer Satisfaction Program - Certain 2020 model year GMC Acadia vehicles without a sunroof, equipped with an Infotainment system (RPO IOU), and Universal Garage Door Opener (RPO UG1), may have been built with an export version of the universal garage door opener (UGDO). The export UGDO will not operate with US/CA garage door openers and may transmit less than the allowed electric field strength. Dealers will remove the incorrect UGDO and replace it with the correct part number.

Lane Keep Assist works differently than Lane Departure Warning. The Lane Keep Assist icon is solid amber, Forward Camera Module is actively commanding a torque to Electronic Power Steering. This means that the driver should also feel some feedback from the steering wheel. No Chimes or haptic in the seat. Lane Keep Assist icon is flashing amber; Forward Camera Module is actively commanding torque to Electronic Power Steering. This will also be accompanied with Lane Departure Warning chimes and haptic in the seat feedback based on the setting chosen in the vehicle settings. The cameras electronic control unit?s internal operating temperature range is -40 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius. If the temperature of the electronic control unit of the camera module exceeds 85 degrees Celsius the image processor will no longer function resulting in adaptive cruise control and lane keep assist to be unavailable until the temperature falls to below the maximum operating temperature range
