Radiator If vehicle comes in for transmission fluid leaking from trans-oil cooler fittings on the radiator, please check the following before replacing the radiator/cooler:~ 1. Remove both of the transmission lines from the cooler?s top/bottom flared fittings on the radiator. ~ 2. Loosen the hex nut on the top flared fitting on the radiator tank.~ 3. Torque the top flared fitting to 235 +/- 15 Lb-In.~ 4. Torque hex nut to 100 +/- 10 Lb-In.~ 5. Repeat for bottom flared fitting.~ 6. Reinstall transmission line per normal installation procedures and ensure correct fluid level.~ ~ If vehicle is in need of a new radiator for another reason, check the new radiator for correct torque on the trans-oil cooler fitting per steps 2-5 above.~ ~ If radiator has a yellow mark by the trans-oil cooler fittings the torque does not have to be checked.

Flash: Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) Illumination. Includes Various Driveability Improvements This bulletin involves selectively erasing and reprogramming the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) with new software. A small number of customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation the Technician may find that the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes have been set: P0300 - Multiple Cylinder Misfire.The P0300 improvement only applies to vehicles using a block heater in ambient temperatures greater than -20°F(-29°C). P2008 - Short Runner Valve (SRV) Control Circuit. P1004 - Short Runner Valve Control Performance. P2016 - Intake Manifold Runner Position Sensor Circuit Low. P2017 - Intake Manifold Runner Position Sensor Circuit High. P0456 - Evap System Small Leak(applies only to vehicles equipped with a CNG engine): Excess gasoline mode operation under normal operating conditions (switching to gasoline mode too often). Slight hesitation on initial acceleration when starting in gasoline mode. Engine speed fluctuation on first gasoline to CNG mode transition under extremely low ambient temps.Also software enhancements were made to improve transmission durability.

The radio can still be properly updated by simply reinserting the software update disc and performing the reflash procedure again. To assist in the verification that the radio is running Emergency IFS perform the 1. Power on radio~ 2. Press MENU H/K~ 3. Press System Setup S/K~ 4. Press Manage HDD S/K~ 5. Press Display Available Space on HDD S/K~ 6. When running Emergency IFS, all items under Used, Available, and Capacity report as dashes Issue 2: If you are having troubles connecting a phone or a MP3 player, try removing the battery on the device and then going through the pairing/connection procedure again. If you cannot remove the battery on the device, perform a reboot. Each manufacturer has a different series of buttons to hold down to perform a reboot. If the problem still persists, try the device on another like vehicle with the same radio. If you are having the same connection issues on another like vehicle, the device may be faulty or it may not be compatible with the RHR radio. The Overlay Harness will consist of twelve 18 AWG wires (six from each Oxygen Sensor) that run to a new Oxygen Sensor Module connector. The above vehicles may have been built with a rear axle pinion nut that can loosen, which could result in the rear axle locking up. This could cause a loss of vehicle control and/or a crash with little warning. Chrysler will conduct a voluntary safety recall on all affected vehicles to install a rear axle pinion nut retainer. Dealers will be notified of the launch of this safety recall by way of established methods used in the past.

Incomplete Travel Link temperature displayed when the temperature is over 100F. Example, if the temperature is 107F the screen will display 07. (Domestic U.S. only). Cancel key inoperative after pressing the international button. iPhone4 dial not possible after second call. Missing Travel Link buttons from SAT menu (Domestic U.S. only). Devices button disabled in VES menu. Unable to route to a recent route after a map update. Remove Travel Link disclaimer popup (Domestic U.S. only). Duplicate phone numbers in popup after pressing the international button. During active call and on hold, DIAL button should be displayed (not ?TONE? button). International button not visible. Point of interest (POI) Search enhancements. When video in remote DVD player is stopped devices button wrongly labeled as DVD. Access Travel Link immediately after radio no update when staying on TL screen. iPod, track selection enhancements.
