Service - Four Piece Oil Pan Gasket All Cummins Equipped Vehicles ONLY - The replacement oil pan gasket can be a four piece gasket rather than a single piece gasket. This applies to Cummins 5.9L and 6.7L engines only. Installation: 1. Clean the oil pan T-joints.~ 2. Fill the T-joint between the pan rail/gear housing and pan rail/rear seal retainer with sealant. Use Mopar® Silicone Rubber Adhesive Sealant or equivalent. 3. Apply a 2-mm [0.063-in] bead of Mopar Engine Sealant RTV Silicone Rubber Adhesive, to the oil pan flange.~ 4. The four piece gasket will need to be assembled to make a complete oil pan gasket. 5. Lay the oil pan gasket(s) onto the oil pan flange.~ 6. Ensure the oil pan gasket segment joints are properly aligned. 7. Apply a 2-mm [0.063-in] bead of Mopar Engine Sealant RTV Silicone Rubber Adhesive, to the top of the oil pan gasket.~ 8. Install the oil pan. Starting from the center and working outward, tighten the oil pan bolts to 28 N·m [21 ft. lbs.].

Check for a green dot sticker on the back of the console behind the rear panel by the hinge. ~ If the above complaint is verified and the console DOES NOT have a green dot sticker near the hinge (behind the back panel), order kit PN 68315574AA and install per the included instructions. If this occurs, do not replace the ICS. The module functionality can be restored if it is reset by disconnecting power to it (by removing fuse, battery disconnect or module connector disconnect).~

Hands Free Module Prompts Begin Erroneously This bulletin involves diagnosing and based on outcome, either performing a USB flash or replacing the Mopar accessory Hands Free Module (HFM). A customer may experience the Uconnect prompts begin to play without pressing the Voice Recognition (VR) button. The prompt may repeat itself two or three times before exiting. The customer satisfaction enhancements are included with this software release. NOTE: After the HFM has been updated it will receive these enhancements: · Reduced ?Device Reading? wait time after connecting a device to the remote USB port. · Call / dial separation improves upon names being recognized as phone numbers. · Improved sound quality during Bluetooth streaming. · Increased iPod and iPhone compatibility. · SMS messaging support via Mobile Application Part (MAP) protocol (not all phones support the MAP protocol). · Added ?None of These? and ?Correction? to the phone book prompt menu for better handling of similar names. · Previous button will return the song currently being played to the beginning of the track. · AirPlay feature ?Dock Connector? no longer needs to be manually selected on Apple devices. This will resolve the ?No Audio? condition when the device is connected to the remote USB port and dock connector is not selected. NOTE: USB mode resume will no longer 'resume' after ignition is OFF.
