The creak noise is created from the manufacturing process when the rear axle round tube is compressed to a U shape pattern. When the rear axle twists, the inner axle tube wall rubs on the outer wall. To fix the creak noise, a dry lubricant has been added during manufacturing. See the red arrows in the illustration above for rubbing areas.

TECHNICIAN WILL GAIN ACCESS TO THE CORRECT WHEEL BEAR PER THE DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE THAT IS SET. IF DEBRIS IS FOUND ON THE MAGNETIC ENCODER RING IT WILL NEEDED TO BE CLEANED.
