Customer Satisfaction Program - Certain 2021 model year Chevrolet Equinox vehicles, equipped with a charge air cooler, (CAC), with cold weather shutters, (RPO VRI), may have been built without cold weather shutters. Under specific driving and ambient conditions, the efficiency of the CAC could be lower, a malfunction indicator light (MIL) will be set on the instrument panel, the vehicle may run rough and could stall. Install front bumper secondary shutters.
