N192218430 - Customer Satisfaction Program. During service, certain vehicles equipped with OnStar (RPO UE1), may have received an incorrect and partially programmed/configured replacement OnStar module. This condition will disable certain OnStar features, including Remote Access (remote start, door lock/unlock, etc.), Connected Access (vehicle diagnostics, dealer maintenance notification, etc.), and Unlimited Access (Turn-by-Turn Navigation). The OnStar Safety & Security Plan (Automatic Crash Response and Stolen Vehicle Assistance) is functional. Dealers are to replace the OnStar module, program, confirm and register the new module correctly by pushing the blue button for confirmation with an OnStar advisor.

This Preliminary information communicates that when a customer or technician attempts to add a new transmitter to a vehicle following the adding transmitters without Service Programming System procedure the procedure will not complete and a message "Remote Learn Pending" will be displayed on the Driver Information Center. In the past to perform the new transmitter procedure only one previously learned transmitter was required but this is no longer the case. Now, two previously learned transmitters are required to be placed into the cup holder and then the new transmitter to be programmed placed in the transmitter pocket. If this new procedure is not followed, the "adding transmitters without Service Programming System" cannot be performed. The technician will be forced to add a transmitter using Service Programming System.

Fuel trims around -20% may be observed on both banks. Engine oil level will be found over full and have a fuel odor. It will be found that the Engine oil is diluted with fuel. Small gas engines (SGE) May only have the engine oil level over full and have a fuel odor. It will be found that the Engine oil is diluted with fuel. This concern is caused by marshalling the vehicle around the lot before it is sold and/or short driver cycles.

Technician should check the installation of the COAX cables to be router correctly. Technician will gain access to the Radio or Human Machine Interface depending on the vehicle build. Install the EL-50334 test antenna to the Radio HMI and evaluate the operation. If the GPS signal is restored, inspect for incorrect coax routing as described above and if found, reroute the cable so it does not bypass the splitter.

N182199610 - Customer Satisfaction Program. Certain vehicles may have a condition in which the high-pressure fuel pump may crack and potentially leak fuel. This may occur over time with vehicle usage. If a fuel leak occurs, the customer may notice an odor. If the fuel leak is unaddressed, the vehicle may fail to start, exhibit reduced engine power, or lose propulsion. This will display a message on the Driver Instrument Cluster and illuminate the Check Engine Light. Dealers will replace the high-pressure fuel pump and insulator.
